Present-day trends in digitalization in the sphere of services in Russian and foreign research works (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses the main directions of digitalization in the sphere of services, identifies problems related to implementation of digitalization in this sphere, and distinguishes possibilities of servitization in the activities of industrial enterprises. The authors emphasize the relevant character of implementation of multi-channel business-models in the work of service enterprises.
