| The article focuses on the specific features of globalization and integration with regards to Eurasian and pseudo-European integration vectors on the post-Soviet space. In the present-day world, with its competing geopolitical systems, economic integration inside dominating structures becomes a driving force of a mighty competitive development in the context of the global economy. Processes governing the integration intentions of the CIS countries, are determined by the competitive struggle of the leading players. In particular, the politics of the USA in the region is primarily targeted at destabilization of cooperation both among the CIS counties and the Russian Federation, and between Russian and the European Union.
