| The article focuses on the nature of digital transformation in the sphere of hotel business, its major features, as well as the degree of its impact upon hospitality industry in general. The authors analyzed digital technologies actively used in hotel enterprises, while dividing them into two categories: technologies for employees and technologies for clients.
