Definition of efficacy of structural transformations in the economic system
(Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article focuses on factors that impact the processes of structural transformation in the economic system, offers their classification on the basis of the level of their impact upon inter-system interactions and the process of ranging of economics in the inter-system labor division. The authors enumerate and describe the fundamental reasons for the emergence of contradictions and economic changes characterized by the shifts leading towards structural transformation and changes in the level of competitiveness as a whole.
