| Based on research of foreign and Russian authors, the article provides a theoretical analysis of cluster approach to the regional industrial development. The author discusses methods of cluster analysis based on S. Zamanski’s method and the method of spatial econometrics and develops the model of assessment that uses the coefficient method, showing the efficacy of impact produced by the organizational development of the regional clusters upon the changes in differentiation of socio-economic indices in the regions. The novelty of this model consists in the fact that, unlike other methods for the assessment of cluster approach, it is based on the “maximum” methods and S. Zamanski’s method. Apart from the calculation of economic criteria of CS matrix, the model includes coefficients of social development in the regions. | Key words: cluster approach, clusterization, regional clusters, industry, organizational development, competitiveness, enterprise, Uzbekistan | Pages: 160 - 166 |
