The essence of frugal reproduction and prospective directions of its development in the context of improving the company’s operating performance: Contemporary aspects (Russia, Москва)

The article discusses topical aspects with regard to the evolution of the essence and approaches to the understanding of frugal production, as well as present-day modifications of this business-philosophy at the stage of its integration into the management of the enterprise’ operational system, alongside with other models and concepts. The author analyzes the notion of frugal production and its evolution with regards to the tendencies of its adaptation to contemporary goals of the company’s operating performance. The article makes conclusions on the prospective directions of development and higher adaptive characteristics of the frugal production concept, which determine its potential as a managerial methodology.
