| Implementation of sustainable development principles of UNO and ESG, being the priority of economic politics, requires reviewing on the basis of criteria of relevance, feasibility and expediency. Implementation of some of the 17 principles corresponds with the course for graduation construction of the next technological order due to transition to circular economics. The latter implies the transformation of business models on the basis of changes in technological chains with the return of the used product as renewable raw materials back to the production process, as well as creation of international data bases on the existing resources for their shared use and formation of multi-functional digital platforms and intellectual property generated in EEU countries.
