Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article discusses the mutual connection between the innovative potential of industrial enterprises and the economic sovereignty of the national economy. The author analyzes foreign practice in this sphere, describes approaches and offers a tool for financing the development of the innovative potential of Russian industrial enterprises.
