| Digitalization and the use of computer programs such as CRM, CMS, CAS and others succeed in global managerial tasks, yet pay little attention to the possibilities of illogical decision making. The so-called “human factor” can destroy an adjusted system. The article analyzes the process of internet promotion with regard to the emergence of obstacles due to the human factor. The author distinguishes the problem points in the business process that cannot be automatized and require participation of the personnel. Criteria for evaluation of the personnel work are developed with the use of the concept of linguistic variable of fuzzy logic.
