| | | The article focuses on the sphere of road construction, with specific attention to automobile road construction, from the perspective of its contribution to the strategic transformation of the territorial placement of the major economic funds in the context of transition to the sixth technological order. The author demonstrates the connection between the regional economic growth and the density of road network, with particular attention to the growth of the correlation coefficient of these indices with a 10-year lag. The article estimates the limits of the economic growth after the attaining of the strategic indices foreseen by the Complex Five-year Plan of Road Construction (2023–2027), where the density of the road network is the limiting factor of economic growth. The author concludes that the asynchronism of indices of the state strategic planning on the different levels and with regard to various industries is still present. Special attention is paid to the construction of concrete roads, innovative for Russia, as a mechanism that allows to decrease the size of simple reproduction due to a lengthier period of the road exploitation. | | Key words: state strategic planning, limits of economic growth, road construction, meso-economics | | Pages: 116 - 119 |
