| | | The article is dedicated to a topical problem of formation and use of state finances, including the issue of openness of budget indices and implementation of initiative budgeting, which should increase the accountability of the state organs for state expenses and lower the level of corruption. The author addresses the question of the structure of the state debt and its management, which should facilitate attaining equilibrium of the state finances and eventually increase the level of life. The focal point of research is the period between 2017 and 2021. The research is based on the general methodology of analysis and statistic data processing.
