| The article discusses the disclosure of human potential as a key factor in current economic modernization processes in Russia. The author describes the positive experience of involving effective mechanism of personnel development in large companies, which improves the working climate, business indices and employees’ motivation, as well as facilitates formation of the corporate culture.
