| | | Industrial development initiates economic growth and attaining of technological sovereignty. Marketing-based management over the innovative development of an industrial company increases the value of a particular business. Scholarly justification of the choice of marketing tools and the adaptation of industrial systems to the present-day conditions of industrial business are at the basis of the long-term planning horizon. The article develops a marketing model of innovative development and defines its possible scenarios, which allows to increase the efficacy of marketing-based management. The author presents an algorithm for evaluation of marketing-based management with regard to innovative development and distinguishes conditions and factors of its functioning.
