Motivation and labor organization of the teaching staff (Russia, Moscow)

The article discusses the efficacy of administration, including effective choice of tools, methods and means of personnel management, which defines the quality of activity of an organization as a whole. One of the topical issues in personnel management in any organization is motivation of employees and the appropriate organization of their labor. A lot of research is needed to provide effective motivation on the basis of individual approach with regard to different employees, their different situations and types of activity.
