Inequality, industrialization and ecology in Russia (Russia, Moscow)
The article focuses on ecological problems and their connection with economic inequality, both among the regions of the world and within the national borders of particular countries. Analysis of the global experience and the specificities of the Russian economy allows to make a conclusion on the necessity of new industrialization for the economic growth and the country’s sovereignty. The authors argue that organization and broadening of industrial production on the basis of indicative planning and the related growth of the population prosperity will enable solution of ecological challenges.
