Transformation of the bank clients’ interaction process in the context of the changing digital business environment (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the specificities of interaction between the bank and its VIP clients, aggregate scales for measuring parameters of banking services significant for VIP clients, and stresses the importance of transformation of interaction between the bank and its VIP clients in the contexts of the changing digital business environment.
