| The article focuses on the comprehensive political and economic substantiation of strategic forecasting of the new quality of human life and activities with particular attention to the importance of utterly attentive and critical reconsideration of the constantly deepening global contradictions and conflicts in the economic system. These conflicts and contradictions signal serious structural failures of the market, and a s a result, the inability to distinguish and cope with the emerging risks and threats within the current model of economic processes. Neo-classical economic theory does not possess an ideological and philosophical foundation for long-term development, which would correspond to the aims and tasks of the advanced development. Development the administration strategy with regard to the national economy and its regulation would favor departure from the free-trader politics towards relations based on the principles of protectionism and patriotism. The key role in this process should be played by the orientation towards the national doctrine for development of the qualitatively new standards and values of the public life.
