| | | The article analyzes dynamics of international trade, focusing on the introduction of protectionist and liberalizing measures over the period between 2009 and nowadays. The author distinguishes the tendency of considerable increase of protection measures over the liberalizing ones, which allows to defines this time period as de-globalization in the international economy.
