Specificities in providing of energy efficacy in the regional economy of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russia, Kazan)
The article discusses the role and the importance of the systemic, scholarly grounded provision of energy efficacy as a factor of long-term sustainable growth in the development of contemporary regional economic systems. The author distinguishes specific features in providing for energy efficacy in the economic branches of the Republic of Tatarstan. Based on correlation and regression analysis, the article reveals the insufficient investment efficacy with regard to energy-saving technologies and systems in the republic. The author systematizes the major challenges in the state programming of energy production development, typical of the end of 2010 – beginning of 2020.
