| Emergence of the Internet gave rise to the new forms of interaction among the subjects of the socio-economic system in the sphere of services, which has a broad economic importance, since using informational communication one can render a service in any part of the world. Social networks have become one of the most popular forms of interaction between service providers and consumers. This creates additional demands of digital literacy to both parties involved.
