This assessment involves three levels of digital inequality and emphasizes the presence of a large “digital gap” among the regions discussed. The article distinguishes the causes of this phenomenon and the level of its impact upon the socio-economic development of the Arctic regions; measures to reduce this gap are also proposed. | | Key words: arctic regions, digitalization, digital inequality, ecosystem of Russian Arctic regions, artificial intelligence, digital platform | | Pages: 102 - 109 |
