| | | Based on the analysis of the crisis phenomena in the economy of the Russian Federation, as well as the strengthening of external threats in the form of sanctions pressure, the article focuses on the measures to form a national strategy for sustainable development. The authors demonstrate the major trends of global innovative development. Taking into account the specifics of regional asset allocation, one of the significant directions for the development of control measures is the increase in the factors of innovation-oriented economic development.
