| | | The issue of reducing the disproportionality of Russia’s regions may be seen as one of the most difficult current tasks on the path of progressive national development. A new alternative or additional approach to the traditional financial and organizational method of equalizing the level of budget security is an important way to solve these socio-economic contradictions.
