| | | The article discusses the role of state support for small and medium-sized enterprises, highlights key projects and programs, and identifies the key risks. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors give proposals for the formation of strategic alternatives for the development of the small and medium-sized business sector with the participation of the state, and identify the key prospects in this process. The sector of small and medium-sized enterprises is one of the drivers of the national socio-economic development, since the subjects of this sector are able to produce a significant impact on the labor market not only by creating additional jobs, but also by changing the dynamics of development and fluctuations in business activity.
