| The article discusses the marketing system of innovation management, shows that the functioning of an innovative business model promotes the use of marketing tools and that the marketing paradigm of innovative development of industrial companies creates conditions for the digital transformation of business models. The author demonstrates that the design of the business model determines the economic ways of generating income and forms competitive advantages.
