Specificities of obtaining project financing for housing construction in the regional conditions of the North (Russia, Yakutsk)

The article focuses on obtaining project financing and comparing housing finance mechanisms, describes the scheme of interaction of construction participants and discusses the process of obtaining project financing from the bank. The authors analyze the impact of various factors upon the refilling of escrow accounts in the Far Eastern Federal District, in particular in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Research and development of mechanisms for project financing of housing construction in the regional conditions of the North are designed to improve the living conditions in the Far Eastern Federal District and reduce the outflow of population.
