| The article discusses the managerial aspect of extinguishing aircraft fires using an aqueous foaming agent solution from the stage of application of the solution when extinguishing aircraft fires — to the difficulties of selecting and certifying the necessary foaming agent. The authors emphasize the economic efficiency of this process, carry out the comparison of the international regulatory framework and the regulatory framework in Russia, and make a conclusion on the suitability of the current certification requirements.
