| The article substantiates methodological approaches to the formation of a neural network model of service in the field of transport and offers the author’s interpretations of the concepts of “neuroeconomics,” “neuroeconomics of the infrastructural environment,” “neural network model,” and “nooeconomics.” The author formulates the basic principles of the perspective theory (e.g., the principle of adequacy of perception of information interaction, the principle of reliability of the information received, the principle of sufficiency of the information content of the model), which can be applied in the space of information interaction of all participants in the economic virtual market.
