| | | The article examines international methods for estimating greenhouse gas emissions in the transport sector of the People’s Republic of China based on their grouping into the “top-down approach” and “bottom-up approach.” A comparative description of methods for estimating CO2 emissions in the transport sector is given according to the criteria of their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the degree of complexity of use, including in accordance with the Global Protocol on Greenhouse Gas Emissions for cities.
