| | | The article focuses on the trends in the development of heavy industry in the economy of the Russian Federation, in particular in the Tyumen region. The authors emphasize the practical role and importance of “green” finances in the accumulation of resources for the sustainable development of heavy industry enterprises, assess factors and prospects for the development of “green” financing instruments in the practice of enterprises in the field of heavy industry in the economy of the Russian Federation and the Tyumen region, and analyze the problems and barriers to the development of “green” financing instruments in the field of heavy industry.
