| Today, the pharmaceutical market is the leading direction of the innovative industry. Increasing the efficiency of the pharmaceutical industry can occur according to the cluster principle, which implies the nomination of the flagship regions of Russia, in which pharmaceutical clusters are in the process of formation. The development of regional pharmaceutical clusters requires the application of a well-considered strategy that takes into account the choice of promising strategic solutions in the field of positioning and promotion of manufactured drugs, as well as a balanced portfolio of pharmaceutical products within a regional cluster.
