| The article is devoted to an unconventional interpretation of the theory of value and its heuristic value in the context of the challenges of the modern information technology revolution. The principle of the essence of value as the embodiment of social labor confronts the principle of private, isolated labor of the producer, which contradicts the idea of labor value. The key to solving this problem is the application of the principle of retrospection (return analysis), justified and implemented by Marx. Modern reality destroys the information and economic isolation of labor and gives it a qualitatively different form, which is revealed through the prism of the two-level structure of the economic structure of society — general economic (cooperative) and competitive market. The article analyzes the main content of the general economic level as a system of collective production and exchange of living activities that ensure the generation of social productive force, substantiates the principle that value is a transformed form of social productive force, actualized to the extent of its individual development and application in specific social labor and its cost component. The author touches upon the class aspect of the problem related to the evolution of the labor force structure from the predominance of the physical component to its formation as a subject of appropriation of social productive power in the space of global information networks. | Key words: cost, collective production, systemic and holistic approach, exchange of living activities, social productive force, social labor | Pages: 56 - 61 |
