| The article reflects the role of the legal framework of South Korea in the regulation of the intellectual property market, and highlights the position of the state in the global market. The authors define the forms of intellectual property registration in South Korea and the dynamics of changes in their demand, as well patterns related to the investment attractiveness of the state and innovation activity.
