An innovative component in the structure of South Korea’s intellectual potential (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article reflects the role of the legal framework of South Korea in the regulation of the intellectual property market, and highlights the position of the state in the global market. The authors define the forms of intellectual property registration in South Korea and the dynamics of changes in their demand, as well patterns related to the investment attractiveness of the state and innovation activity. The article emphasizes the value of the innovative component in the unlocking South Korean intellectual potential and analyzes the position of the innovative product.
