| The article focuses on agrotechnological counteractions of unfriendly countries in the form of No-Till, which created environmental, economic, and social problems aimed at the extinction of the Russian people. The authors show the connection of these actions undertaken by unfriendly countries with internal irresponsible and incompetent methods of Russia, implemented against the efforts of the Russian state to revive the sovereignty of the country.
