| Based on the UN-accepted concept of environmental justice, which implies fair distribution of environmental benefits, burdens and risks, including climate, as well as the fair and meaningful participation of all people, social groups and organizations in decision-making that affect human health and the environment and excluding adverse cumulative effects, the article analyzes the external and internal contours of environmental justice for Russia. In this context, the authors respond to a number of relevant topics, including compliance with the principles of environmental justice in the formation and distribution of the global carbon budget in the activities of the WTO, in the implementation of green energy transition, as well as in the course of solving urgent tasks by Russia to achieve carbon neutrality. | Key words: environmental justice, climate regulation, carbon neutrality, green energy transition, fair competition | Pages: 192 - 198 |
