| The article is based on the theory, according to which the secondary social formation is doubled as Western European and Eurasian. Since the beginning of the 18th century, Russia has become the leader of the Eurasian social formation. From an economic point of view, the Eurasian social formation develops as a nomenclature transforming into a plan. Russia became the leader of the Eurasian world during the period of active transformation of the nomenclature into a plan.
