| | | Based on the analysis of international standards in technology and innovation statistics, and taking into account the specifics of the state and development of the market for innovative products of the Russian economy, the article proposes criteria for classifying investment projects as innovative. The authors emphasize priority development of technological project innovations as part of the larger complex of technological innovations.
