Deglobalization as a paradigm for the development of international transport corridors (Russia, Kazan)

The article examines the contours of the new geopolitical landscape structured by international transport corridors, initiated by leading countries to overcome the crisis of globalization of the world economy. The destructive policy of the United States and Western Europe, aimed at using sanctions pressure tools, has led to the reformatting of commodity flows of China, Russia, the EAEU countries, India and the Middle East. The most viable projects were the PRC’s “One Belt — One Road” and the international transport corridor “North-South.” The authors note that the latter, thanks to the energetic efforts of the Russian Federation and friendly countries, shows not only specific results of growing trade turnover, but also forms a new agenda for international relations based on international law and the harmonization of national legislation regulating international transportation.
