| | | The article focuses on the substantiation of the need to create a national interregional platform for the contract production of electronics based on clusters that ensure synchronization of resources, examination and orders, which will increase the efficiency of cluster policy in the electronic industry in the conditions of global challenges. The author explains the practical significance and essence of such a platform that consists in the integration of existing Russian practices, discusses foreign and domestic experience in constructing digital systems for industrial outsourcing, analyzes strengths and weaknesses of the existing platforms, their capabilities and threats they present for the organization of the national interregional platform of the contract production of electronics on the cluster basis. The article describes the concept of the national platform and its key elements, as well as the functional tasks of the interaction of the main participants in the electronic industry and electronics market with regards to the functioning of such platforms.
