Regionalization of foreign economic relations and increasing the financial stability of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the context of geopolitical risks (Russia, Novosibirsk)

The article analyzes the problems of regionalization of the foreign economic relations in Russia and cross-border payments, as well as the possible ways to increase the stability of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and their financial and budget systems in the context of global geopolitical and economic risks and sanctions pressure. The author discusses the prospects of de-dollarization and possible scenarios for the transition to alternative means of payments in regional trade, and formulates recommendations for the development of the Russian financial environment in the context of global shifts of world currency architecture.
