| | | The growth of greenhouse gas emissions remains one of the key factors that cause global climatic changes and a serious challenge to national governments. Among the key market instruments designed to limit and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and allowing to establish the actual “carbon price” are carbon taxes and the quota trade system.
