| | | The article focuses on the methods of risk analysis used in the management of innovative projects in the field of information technology. Particular attention is paid to the need to apply a systematic approach to identification, assessment and management of risks in the context of high uncertainty and the dynamically changing IT industry. The authors offer a review of modern methods of risk analysis and their adaptation to the specifics of innovative IT projects and stress the exceptional importance of the implementation of digital analysis tools such as project management systems based on artificial intelligence and large data. The recommendations developed can be used by companies to increase the efficiency of innovative IT projects.
