| | | The article presents a planning system of the national economy, which put forward our country to one of the leading countries among the great powers and evoked the attitude to it as to a modern country. Comparative analysis shows that the economic theory that existed in the USSR was, unlike modern micro- and macro-economic theories, was sovereign and based on individual scholarly academic work. The authors provide a review of countries where the planning of the national economy is currently carried out. The population of these countries is the most “friendly majority” that modern Russia relies upon in its confrontation with the West. | | Key words: the economy of the USSR, planned economics, the theory of the national economy, Russian economic thought, sovereign thinking | | Pages: 241 - 248 |
