| | | Time period between 2020 and 2024 became a key stage in the transformation of the school and follow-up education system in China. At this time, government policy in the field of extracurricular and distance learning became more rigid and structured, which led to significant changes in the educational services market. The purpose of the study is to identify the main directions of reforms in follow-up education and assess their impact on the basic education and the social sphere. The article analyzes key changes in Chinese educational policy, including “double-reduction” measures aimed at lowering the financial burden on families and ensuring equal access to education.
