Problems of adaptation of Russian business models of logistics companies to the changes in the parameters of the international environment (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article focuses on the issues of instability of factors in the international environment and business communications and analyzes institutional, technological, legal and infrastructural barriers limiting the integration of commercial structures into global supply chains. The authors make proposals with regard to key areas of adaptation, including digitalization of logistics processes, diversification of foreign economic routes and development of human resources. The article formulates approaches to transforming business models and increasing the competitiveness of logistics companies in context of global instability.
