| | | The article focuses on the Chinese Digital Silk Road initiative in the countries of Central Asia and analyzes its fundamental principles, the state and the relevant measures related to its implementation, as well as challenges and risks it involves. The author shows that the basis for the implementation of this initiative in the region is political mutual trust between the parties, active economic exchanges and the dynamic development of the digital economy in China. This initiative has already achieved significant success in Central Asian countries, but also faces numerous challenges and risks.
