| | | The article examines the reasons for the change in the vector of migration activity: from the influx of population in the last century to the current outflow of young and highly qualified personnel, as well as the risks of the existing population structure in the northern regions. The author discusses the issue of labor migrants and their inability to meet the needs of the economy of the northern regions, and identifies the key measures to preserve and increase the population in the Arctic.
