The methodological apparatus includes comparative analysis, in-depth interviews with representatives of 20 leading individual housing construction developers and quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of digital solutions. The study establishes that the specifics of the low-rise housing construction, such mass distribution, typification, dispersal of objects and the predominance of small businesses, form unique requirements for digital platforms: the need for low cost of ownership, ease of development and focus on the replication of solutions. The use of cloud BIM platforms adapted for standard projects can reduce the design time by 30–35%, and the introduction of mobile GIS services for managing logistics at remote sites can reduce transport costs by 18–22%. The result of the work is an industrial model of the digital maturity for the low-rise housing construction, containing practical recommendations for overcoming technological fragmentation and achieving a synergistic effect from the implementation of digital solutions. | | Key words: digitalization, low-rise construction, building information modeling (BIM), standard design, cloud technologies | | Pages: 131 - 135 |
